Integral Lifework Assessments
There are a number of options for self-assessment available, with the aim of generating an ongoing Integral Lifework Plan for yourself. The latest is an integrated assessment tool, still under development, which I believe will become the more comprehensive option for self-directed clients, and it is free-of-charge. You can begin that process at this Integral Lifework Core Competencies link. The data you enter there is not stored in any server and does not persist on this website, it is only stored in your local browser — so you will want to access it via the securely encrypted https web page.
Below you will also find the original Nourishment Assessment if you'd prefer to begin with that and work directly with me to review it.
The Nourishment Assessment is currently an Adobe Acrobat PDF form that you can fill out on your computer or PDF-capable mobile device, and then password protect (instructions here) and email back to me. Also have one-to-three people who know you well complete the Nourishment Assessment on your behalf, and include those results in what you send me. Please note that you may be able to fill this form out in some web browsers (such as Chrome), but with others you will need to download it. It is of course also always advisable to use a long, strong password when submitting such forms electronically. If you aren’t comfortable with completing the form electronically, you can also print it out and fax it to me. Faxing instructions are on the form itself. Have fun!
