Meditation and Relaxation Aids

 

 

For those who find meditation or relaxation exercises challenging, "Deep Relaxation: One" 

offers a proven method of audio training.  This system (called binaural audio entrainment) has 

been used successfully for many years to encourage different states of consciousness.  What 

makes "Deep Relaxation: One" unique is that it helps the listener develop a relaxed, 

meditative state of mind that they can activate on their own.  Once this transition occurs, 

the audio training can be used to deepen the experience, but will no longer be required to reach 

meditative states.

 Instructions for Use

  1. Use stereo headphones for the best results.

  2. Find a quiet place to sit where you won't be disturbed.

  3. Sit comfortably and breathe deeply, down into your belly.

  4. Clarify your intentions (for example: "I want to be relaxed and centered...").

  5. Close your eyes and continue breathing deeply and regularly.

  6. Begin playing the CD.

  7. Recite the mantra when instructed either silently or aloud.

  8. When finished, spend a few minutes reflecting on your experience.

  9. Repeat this process a minimum of once, and a maximum of twice, each day.

  10. Daily practice will produce results, and the process can't be rushed.
